• Encourage international action research projects such as HandsOn which aims to help teachers develop the creative use of ICT in a collaborative online environment.
  • Focus teachers’ training on how to use ICT for teaching and learning (i.e. focus on pedagogy) rather than on operational skills (i.e. using VLE or Whiteboard functionalities)
  • Help teachers discover global educational initiatives and see the big picture of technology’s role as a global agent of learning. Include this within any CPD frameworks.
